When it comes to serving fantastic food we will not compromise. Whether it is traditional, modern or with a twist, Jason Cloete, Executive Development Chef and his team work closely with the onsite chefs to personalise menus to suit our customers. Our focus includes:
- Freshly prepared on site – wherever possible we use fresh seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. All of our joints are cooked and carved on site, our eggs are free range, we use local bakeries and greengrocers and use authentic recipes.
- On-trend – we actively encourage our people to share their high street experiences with us ensuring we integrate the best of latest food trends into our menus.
- In season – we encourage our team to use produce that is in season because it will not only taste better but will also cost less and helps us to achieve your financial targets.
