Work Hard. Be Successful. Have Fun. Enjoy Life.
By following this simple mantra since 1994, we’ve successfully grown with a diverse range of clients. However we’re experienced enough to understand that every client is unique; so our approach is to establish meaningful relationships and deliver a service moulded around you.
To deliver a service we can be proud of, we stay focused on three key aspects of our business:
Our service is constantly evolving. What's popular one day can quickly become stale and boring-so it's our job to keep things fresh and exciting. Quite simply, we strive to give our customers what they want.
What doesn't change is our approach to sourcing. From the day we started, we've been convinced that only fresh, locally sourced products will deliver the best flavour. That's why we work with British producers to provide the highest quality and most nutritious seasonal ingredients.
Our people are the face of our service. So if we want to look good, it's our responsibility to ensure that they have the skills to excel. By nurturing and training our teams, we keep them motivated. This in turn keeps them happy and eager to succed. Which means you get the best possible service and we get to keep providing it.
As much as we like to train, we also like to learn. Our teams on the ground know how things work; they know what our customers want, and what we can do better. By listening and learning we can continuously evolve and improve, so our service constantly pushes the bar.
This mutually beneficial relationship ultimately ensures happy clients, which is why we've been working with many of them for ten, fifteen years or more.
Having grown from a small to medium sized company, abm are in an enviable position; we're large enough to provide all of the support you need, but still small enough to retain the personal touch that's ensured we succeed. By always giving both new and existing clients' equal priority, we ensure our business grows sustainably, with ample resources to support them.
This sustainable approach is followed throughout our business, from our ethical sourcing and support of the Fairtrade movement, to our environmental initiatives and work with local communities.
We're also commited to providing our customers with the highest quality service-so our ISO accredited system guarantees we're focused every step of the way; meaning you're free to concentrate your time and resources on what you do best.
The developing independence of student life can bring many new challenges. Not least is the burden of a restricted budget, which often results in restricted food choices. That's why our focus is on delivering healthy and exciting food at great value for money.
With our locally and ethically sourced produce, we not only deliver the best quality – we match the values of our customers. Then by investing in our marketing packages we deliver the latest food fashions, High Street style environments and targeted promotions. All designed to meet the ever evolving expectations of our customers.
We're proud that our college and university services are some of the most dynamic we provide. We give our customers a voice to ensure things progress with their ideas; and our extensive support network makes it happen. This collaboration ensures we offer something different – a service shaped around you.
