Catering Assistant / Waiting Staff: Stockport

Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant/Waiting Staff to work within a Luxury Retirement Living Scheme in the SK6 area of Stockport.

You must have an outgoing personality with a flexible approach as this is a 7-day operation, 365 days per year and the role will include weekends on a rolling rota. Previous experience of retirement living is an advantage but not essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving meals directly to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation using the correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Help to keep the kitchen and food areas clean and tidy, ensuring food and supply items are stored correctly.
• Must be highly reliable
• Good team player

Uniform and training will be provided.
